Tenants are responsible for utilities.
Very large 3 story, 9-bedroom home. The house includes a bathroom on each floor, with a double shower in the upstairs, 2 full kitchens, ample off-street parking, spacious living spaces, a new front porch, and a big back yard. NO PETS.
