• Renters Insurance: $10.50/month if not all tenants are self insured (non-refundable; paid to 3rd party insurance carrier)
• Renters Insurance admin fee: $2.50/month if not all tenants are self insured (non-refundable; paid to landlord)

Optional Fees (not required to rent):
• Pet Deposit: $300 one-time (refundable; paid to landlord)
