Big Bear Properties is a locally owned and operated property management team serving the Fort Collins, Greeley and Windsor areas of Colorado. We’ve been connecting tenants and investment property owners since 2001. Our Greeley offices are conveniently located to allow us access to all of our managed properties.

We pride ourselves in protecting the properties of our investment property owner clients while offering well-maintained living space for our residents. We built our reputation one rental at a time, providing attentive, personal service. We treat each property as if it were our own.

We serve the UNC, CSU, Aims College & FRCC populations with quality student housing. In addition, we have numerous residential homes throughout the area including upscale single-family homes.

We also are a fully licensed Real Estate Brokerage, with agents serving both buyers and sellers in the Northern Colorado area. We specialize in residential investment properties with full property management services available.
